Come out for the October Members Meeting at Newk's on University Dr.  Michael Olheiser will share his knowledge of off-season training and fitness with us.  This will be a great opportunity to learn from Huntsville's own World Master's TT and US Men's Elite RR champion.  

Plan to arrive early to enjoy a Newk's salad, sandwich or pizza dinner.  Newk's no longer serves beer, but with a cool mezzo or full liter of Italian frizzante, you won't miss the brew.
