Meet at the Exchange parking lot for a 22 mile route. Be prepared for a minimum of 13mph pace on flat areas. Re-groups and rest stops do happen so you won't get lost or left behind. You need: Redstone access, bike, helmet, lights, HYDRATION, snack and your fix a flat plan:) Jessica is your leader and a volunteer to sweep and help out.
